What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address, your name, your baby's name, and your baby's date of birth. When you reply to our weekly emails, we store your answers.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the Dear Baby service: sending you weekly questions, storing your answers, and generating your monthly chapters. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

AI-generated chapters

Your answers are sent to Google's Gemini AI to generate your monthly chapters. Google's API terms apply to this processing. We do not use your data to train any AI models.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely on Upstash (Redis database) and processed through Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). All services use encryption in transit and at rest.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of all your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete everything at any time. Just email hello@dearbaby.email.

Cookies

We do not use cookies or any tracking scripts. No analytics, no ads, no third-party trackers.
