The service

Dear Baby is a subscription service that sends you weekly email questions about your baby's first year. You reply by email, and we use your answers to generate monthly narrative chapters using AI.

Subscription and billing

Dear Baby costs £1.99 per month after a 30-day free trial. You can cancel at any time through the "Manage subscription" link in any of our emails. When you cancel, you won't be charged again, and your weekly emails will stop.

Your content

The answers you send us belong to you. The AI-generated chapters are created for you and are yours to keep. We do not claim ownership of any content you provide or that we generate for you.

What we provide

We provide the email questions, answer storage, and AI chapter generation on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The AI-generated chapters are creative interpretations of your answers — we recommend reviewing them for accuracy.

Acceptable use

Dear Baby is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't use the service to send harmful, abusive, or illegal content through our email systems.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you're unhappy with the service within your first 30 days, contact us at hello@dearbaby.email and we'll sort it out.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know by email.
